Campbelltown Youth Week 2020
Campbelltown's Youth Week program for 2020 has been revamped into an at-home experience for young people to still enjoy games, art, and competitions from Wednesday 1 April to Thursday 9 April.
To celebrate Campbelltown's young people:
- Council has partnered with Headspace Campbelltown to run a social media competition for people to share their tips for keeping busy at home while physical distancing. Entries can be submitted on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with the hashtag #CampbelltownYouthWeek2020.
- Headspace Campbelltown's Youth Reference Group will be choosing the 10 most creative entries to be featured in an online resource for young people to help them through the COVID-19 situation.
- Winners will also receive an electronic $50 VISA Gift Card.
- All entries must adhere to Council's Terms & Conditions as outlined below.
Youth Week Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
- The competition opens on Wednesday, 1 April 9.00am and ends on Thursday 9 April 11.59pm.
- All entrants must be youth living in the Campbelltown Local Government Area (LGA).
- All entrants must be following Campbelltown City Council and Headspace Campbelltown on Facebook and Instagram. See related information for links.
- Entries can be in the form of a photo, video, writing, boomerang or any appropriate content.
- All entries in the form of a photo must use the Campbelltown Youth Week 2020 Frame/Filter (on Instagram and Facebook).
- All entries must be uploaded using the hashtag #CampbelltownYouthWeek2020.
- All entries must be considered appropriate for all ages and not feature any offensive images, language or inappropriate conduct.
- Entries may be submitted jointly with friends (prizes will be shared for joint entry winners).
- Headspace Campbelltown's Youth Reference Group will be choosing the 10 most creative entries that will be featured in an online resource to assist young people as we navigate through these changing times as a result of COVID-19. All winners will also receive an electronic $50 VISA Gift Card.
