At VIA, we combine rigour and knowledge with talent and creativity to deliver work that is considered - architecture that responds to place, purpose and real human need.

WE ACHIEVE MORE FOR OUR CLIENTS BECAUSE WE ARE WILLING TO CHALLENGE THEIR THINKING.

We aren’t afraid to say no. Just because it’s been done before, doesn’t mean it should be done again. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.
Challenging the status quo and offering the unexpected keeps us alert, forces us to think, and holds us all accountable. We choose to challenge.

WE LISTEN, THEN CREATE.

One size never fits all. Each piece of work we produce is shaped by its own unique circumstance and purpose.
We consider all influencing factors on every piece of work – the project, the environment, the location, the user. We adapt our approach in whatever means we must, from small edits to sweeping changes.
We have no house style, we run from convention into the arms of diversity. We listen and create in response.

headspace Collingwood can be found in the Community Centre at Victoria Park Football Oval, on the corner of Lulie St and Abbott St in Abbotsford. Once you enter the front of the building, you can choose the stairs or the lift to get you to the first floor of the building. Follow the signs to the right of the stairs, and you'll find the reception area of headspace Collingwood.

The easiest way to get support with headspace Collingwood is to have a chat to one of our intake team on the phone. You can do this by calling 9417 0150 Monday - Friday, 9am and 5pm. You can also ask a family member, friend, or someone you trust to call for you, or make a referral for a friend or family member yourself. Please note, we are a voluntary service.

On your first appointment, we'll ask you to fill out a registration form, and a survey on the ipad. You'll then meet one of our access workers who will have a longer chat with you about how you're going and how we can help. This usually lasts around 45 mins to an hour. We'll then make a plan with you for support. For some of our counselling options, you'll need a Medicare card in order to access sessions under a Mental Health Care Plan. To apply for a Medicare card, go to: bit.ly/medicarecard. If you don't have a Medicare card, you can call us to discuss options.
